These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Cocktail House Drink Planner ("the App"), developed for STUDIO K ("we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Cocktail House Drink Planner is designed to help users plan beverages for events, generate cocktail and mocktail recipes, estimate shopping quantities and costs, and create printable drink menus.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must be at least the legal drinking age in your country or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian to use features related to alcoholic beverages.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the App, including event details, planning preferences, and recipe requests.

You grant us a limited license to process this information solely for providing the App's features and generating AI-powered content.

3. AI-Generated Content

Cocktail House uses artificial intelligence to generate beverage plans, cocktail recipes, mocktail recipes, shopping estimates, and recommendations.

AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing all recipes, quantities, ingredient lists, and recommendations before relying on them for an event.

4. Responsible Alcohol Consumption

Cocktail House encourages responsible alcohol consumption.

The App does not encourage excessive drinking or unsafe behavior. Users are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, serving, and consumption of alcoholic beverages.

Always verify the legal drinking age and licensing requirements in your jurisdiction.

5. Premium Subscription

Some features require an active Premium subscription.

Subscriptions are purchased through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple Account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, software, graphics, text, and other content, is owned by or licensed to STUDIO K and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any recipes, beverage plans, shopping estimates, or other content generated by the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, STUDIO K shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Premium subscription during the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and protected.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated or if necessary to protect the App, our users, or applicable legal requirements.

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where STUDIO K is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
