This privacy policy applies to the Cockroach Janta Party: CHAPP! app (hereby referred to as the "Application") for mobile devices that was created by TriJoys (hereby referred to as the "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from their systems.
