This Privacy Policy describes how Hyper Tec Lock ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and
shares information when you use the Cockroch Janta Party mobile application (the "App"). By
downloading or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do **not** require you to create an account, and we do not ask you to provide your name,
email address, contacts, photos, or precise GPS location. The App and the third-party
services it uses may, however, collect the following information automatically:

Data such as your quiz scores, streak counts, "karyakarta" votes/rank, language and
notification preferences, and the satire disclaimer acceptance are stored **locally on your
device** and are not transmitted to us.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate, maintain and improve the App and its features;
- To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and monitor performance and stability;
- To display, personalize, limit and measure advertising;
- To send push notifications such as streak reminders (you can disable these);
- To understand usage trends and the effectiveness of our content;
- To detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse and security issues.
3. Advertising
The App is free and supported by advertising. We use third-party advertising and mediation
networks that may collect and use your advertising identifier and related data to show
personalized or non-personalized ads and to measure ad performance. Ad partners used by the
App include Google AdMob, AppLovin (MAX), Meta Audience Network (Facebook), and TopOn /
Thinkup ad mediation.
You can limit ad personalization or reset your advertising ID at any time via
*Android Settings → Privacy → Ads*. Where required by law, the App requests your consent for
personalized advertising before ads are shown.

Data collected by third-party services is retained according to their respective policies.
Diagnostic and analytics data is generally retained only as long as needed for the purposes
described above. Data stored locally on your device remains until you clear the App's data
or uninstall the App.

We and our service providers use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect
information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is
completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The App contains political satire and parody and is intended for a general audience of teens
and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect
personal information from children under 13. The App shows an age acknowledgement on first
launch. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us
so we can remove it.
9. Your Rights & Choices
- **Advertising ID:** reset it or opt out of ad personalization in your device settings.
- **Notifications:** turn off push/streak reminders in the App's Profile settings or in
Android system settings.
- **Local data:** clear all locally stored data using "Clear data" in Android app settings
or by uninstalling the App.
- **Access/Deletion:** depending on your location (e.g. GDPR / CCPA), you may have rights to
access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us using the details below.
10. International Users
The App may be used worldwide. Information may be processed and stored in countries other
than your own, including by the third-party services listed above, which may have different
data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by
updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes become
effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
