Chuck Cochran is a licensed private investigator with more than 40 years of investigative experience in law enforcement, military intelligence, the hospitality industry, and private investigations. He specializes in the investigation of fraud, fire and arson, and traffic collisions for attorneys, businesses, and nonprofit organizations.
In addition to being a licensed private investigator, Mr. Cochran has been designated as a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) by the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and as a Certified Professional Investigator (CPI) by the California Association of Licensed Investigators (CALI).
Mr. Cochran has taught seminars on professional ethics, investigative case management, and crime scene investigations. He also serves as a mentor to other anti-fraud professionals through the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners Mentoring Program.
A longtime resident of San Diego, Mr. Cochran is a Sustaining Member of KPBS Public Broadcasting and a member of the Maritime Museum of San Diego. He is an active member of Victory Lutheran Church in Chula Vista where he has served as the congregational president, the chairman of the Board of Elders, and as a Bible study leader.
