Christina O'Neill

Christina currently serves as the COCBA Chairperson since 2021.  

She is an elementary Library Media Specialist in Middlebury, CT where she was the R15 Teacher of the Year in 2019.  She is also a member of CASL, ALA and AASL and has also served on several Nutmeg Book Award Committees.

Carolyn Matthews

Carolyn is a Library Media Specialist at Stratfield Elementary School in Fairfield, CT.  Carolyn is a member of CASL and in 2015, she received the CASL Follett Creativity Award.

Kerry Collins

Kerry is a Library Media Specialist in Bethel, CT.  She has been a member of COCBA since 2021 and has also served on elementary (2-3) Nutmeg Committees.  Kerry is a member of CASL and an epic! Ambassador.  In 2023 she received the Bethel Education Foundation's Excellence in Education Award which recognizes creativity and innovation.

Audra Good

Audra is a Library Media Specialist at Brookside Elementary School in Norwalk CT and is serving as the Vice President of CASL for 2025-2026.  She has been part of the COCBA Committee since 2023 and also served on the 2022 Nutmeg Committee. She was a 2022 recipient of the CASL Bunny Yesner award.

Michelle Schwenger

Michelle is the Library Media Specialist at Gainfield Elementary School in Southbury.  Michelle is the April 2025 recipient of the SNE/CASL Rosen award and a member of the COCBA committee since 2024.

Allison Loiseau

Allison is a Library Media Specialist at Mitchell Elementary School in Woodbury. Allison loves to connect her library lessons to STEAM.  Her favorite platforms include Google Draw, Pixton, and Padlet.  She joined the COCBA committee in 2024.

Laura Hedenberg

Laura is a Library Media Specialist at The Barkhamsted School in Barkhamsted, CT. She joined the COCBA committee in 2024 and serves as the Treasurer of CASL. Laura was a 2019 recipient of the CASL Follett Creativity Award.
