Thank you for your interest in our delicious range of Cobb Lane baked goods.
Our highly skilled and passionate team of pastry chefs and bakers create standout pastries, authentic slow-ferment sourdough, and iconic sweets with a cult following. Utilising the best ingredients available our beautifully presented products are delivered daily to take pride of place on both your counter display and menu.
To make the process run smoothly, we offer daily delivery (except for December 25th, 26th and 27th) with a minimum order value of $70 for Melbourne Metro area, $90 for Geelong, Ballarine, Mornington, Dandenong and Yarraville and $110 for Phillip Island, Ballarat, and Bendigo. Our simple ordering and direct payment process via Ordermentum ensures that submitting your orders within our lead time (9am, two days prior) is easy and transactions are quick and secure. Deliveries are made prior to your venue being staffed - we just need access instructions.

Once you're ready to take the next step, return your completed Trade Application and activate your Ordermentum connection request. WHOLESALE FAQ'S
ORDERING
We use the Ordermentum purchasing platform to manage all orders. Please activate a supplier connection request and once complete you will be able to create standing orders, place, amend or cancel orders. Payments are processed automatically via Ordermentum’s secure payment portal using either Credit Card or Direct Debit details.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
All product information including ingredients and allergens can be viewed and download on the Product Information Page. Image of each product can be found on Ordermentum. We can also provide images for use on your socials - just ask.

In order to supply you with the best quality products we choose to work with premium suppliers:
Wholegrain Milling & Laucke for flour

Burd Eggs for free range eggs
Creative Ingredients for all speciality pastry ingredients
The Royal Nut Company for nuts, seeds, dried fruit & spices
Fresh produce by local growers
DELIVERY DAYS & MINIMUM ORDERS
Bread & Pastries are delivered seven days/week
Cakes & cookies are delivered Tuesday, Thursdays & Saturdays.
Our minimum order value is $70 for Melbourne Metro, $90 Geelong, Ballarine, Mornington and Bendigo & $110 for Phillip Island, Ballarat and Bendigo.
CUT OFF TIMES
Bread and pastry orders must be received by 9am, two days prior to delivery (eg. Orders placed before 9am Monday will be delivered on Wednesday).
Cakes and cookie orders must be received prior to 9am the day before delivery (eg. Orders placed before 9am Monday will be delivered on Tuesday).
For anything of an urgent nature, we recommend phoning the office for direct assistance.
CLOSURE
We are open and delivering every day including public holidays, except for 25th, 26th & 27th of December. If your venue is closed on public holidays and you typically receives a standing order, please ensure you mark your venue as "closed" via Ordermentum.
SHELF LIFE & FLAVOURS
Pastries must be sold/consumed the same day they are received. They are best stored at ambient temperate in a sheltered food safe display cabinet.
Cakes and Cookies have a 3 day shelf life and can be held at ambient temperature in a sheltered food safe display cabinet but must be refrigerated overnight in an air-tight storage container labelled with delivery date.
We will advise daily flavour changes on your invoice. Our Fruit Danish & Sweet Muffin flavour change daily and feature seasonal produce.
ACCESS
We may require access for delivery prior to your venue being staffed for the day. We will discuss arrangements specifically with you.
