REMINDER: We must fill the performance slots first of all scheduled performances before any slack is opened up. You are currently making a rodeo entry request. There is no guarantee that you will receive what you requested.
PREFERENCES:
Any: you can go either night, we will assign as needed to help fill the performance/rodeo
Friday night / Saturday night - you would prefer to go Friday but if the performance is not full for Saturday night you could possibly be sent to Saturday night after a random draw. This may cause a problem for you if entering other rodeos. Trades would then need to be made.
Saturday night/ Friday night - same as above
Friday night / Out - Must go Friday night and if I do not get drawn for it, don't enter me at all.

The preliminary rodeo entries will be posted on the website prior to the rodeo and notifications will be sent to the contestants who completed this form. It is the contestant's responsibility to check the website and to make the trade necessary if the contestant did not get their first preference and a conflict is now present. Both parties must be willing to trade (event for event) and it will have to be trade for trade. The contestant must complete a TRADE FORM on the Chute Gate Online Entry System.
Contestants who are a notified turn out (NTO), will still be responsible for their fees. Only contestants who selected a 2nd preference of OUT will be pulled from the draw if they did not draw their 1st preference and then no fees will be due.
Contestants who complete a trade form and do not have all parties consent to trade will be assessed a fine and will be responsible for paying the affected parties fees. Contestants who enter false names will be assessed a fine.
All fines owed to the PCA Office must be made before competing.
All fees must be paid in cash before competing.
All minors must bring a notarized release statement with them to the rodeos for the rodeo secretary to keep on file (contestant may want to make copies to give to each secretary).
Permit riders who are a Non-Notified Turn Out (NNTO) will go on the fine list in same way as members but will also be assessed an additional fine.

Though Coastal Cowgirl Creations will never charge you for the text messages you receive, depending on your phone plan, you may see some charges from your mobile provider. Please reach out to your wireless provider if you have questions about your text or data plan.
