Building Rules

3) No Freebuild
No form of freebuild is allowed, ex. building your own house or placing random barricades around the map.

3.1) Property Limits
Players may only own 3 properties.
Properties include;
2 Residential Properties (house/apartments)
1 Private Property (Warehouses/hangers/factories)
1 Commercial Property (Shop)
1  Faction Base

3.2) Growing  (1 Plot = 4 Planters)
        Players may have 2 plots (3 With Coastal Rank) in residential properties
Players may have 4 plots ( 6 With Coastal Rank) in private properties
Players may have 2 plots ( 3 With Coastal Rank) in private commercial properties.
Players may have 6 plots ( 8 With Coastal Rank) in faction bases.

3.3) Faction Bases
You may buy faction bases if you are the owner of a faction.
Faction bases are open for every faction owner to claim, you only pay to import it and have it in-game.
If you have imported a faction base (for the faction base your imported) you get a 50% discount.
