Early Registration:  If you would like to complete your early registration, please visit office 204-B (second floor) in the Mathematics Department between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm on 23 February 2025. 

Conference Venue: The conference will be held at the Victor Menezes Convention Centre(VMCC). Except for the parallel session, all the talks will be held in VMCC Lecture Hall No. 33 (3rd Floor), and the parallel session talks will be held in VMCC Lecture Hall No. 33 (3rd Floor) and VMCC Seminar Room No. 2 (Ground Floor).  

Meals :   Lunches (1 pm - 2:30 pm ) for all the participants during the conference (24 - 28 February 2025) have been arranged at the Padmavihar Guest House. For participants staying at the Vanvihar Guest House, Breakfast (7:30 am - 9 am) and Dinner (8 pm - 9:30 pm) will be available at the Padmavihar Guest House (Guest House adjacent to the Vanvihar Guest House). If you are staying at the IITB Hostels, your Breakfast and Dinner have been arranged at the respective Hostel mess except for Hostel 4, which has been arranged at Hostel 18.  Before taking food, please put your signature on the list provided to the Hostel mess counter and mention that you are a conference participant. There is also Gulmohar cafeteria/restaurant (near the Guest House), and Cafe 92 (near the IITB main building), where you may get food in case you miss any of the above specified timings. 

Conference Dinner : The conference dinner will be on 25 February 2025, Tuesday, from 7:00 pm onwards.

Accommodation: Outstation participants have been accommodated in the Vanvihar Guest House, Hostel 4, Hostel 10, and Hostel 17. Please click here for a list of participants staying at these locations.

How to reach IITB from Airport : International flights and domestic Air India flights land at Terminal 2, Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport (Sahar Airport), which is about 10 kms from IIT Bombay. The Domestic Airport is at Terminal 1A and Terminal 1B (Santa Cruz), which is about 15 km. If you are travelling through Terminal 2, then you can find pre-paid taxi counters inside the airport (on your right just before you exit the airport). Pre-paid taxi counters are also available at the Domestic airport, and it is on your right when you exit the airport. You may also take Autorickshaws, which are available at both the airports.

How to reach IITB from Railway Station : Mumbai has one of the most efficient and reliable public transport networks. One can travel by autorickshaws or taxis to reach IITB from the nearest stations.

The last date of registration for the conference is 31st December, 2024!!

There will be no registration fees for the conference. However, due to limited funds, we have an upper bound on the number of participants.
