CNCC was established by a group of key users of the Central Queensland Coal Network (including coal producers, the Queensland Rail Infrastructure Owner, Aurizon Network and other key stakeholders), to provide independent decision making around the capacity of the Central Queensland Coal Network. 

The following key players form the shareholding of the Company:
