I was born in a river gorge, and grew up in a river valley – my life has been shaped and formed alongside river banks since the day I came into this world.  I have been on a journey for the last 24+ years trying to figure out what it takes to support the vitality, viability and evolution of our well-being for both people and the planet. 

The journey has brought me through the nonprofit, business and government sectors where I have worked to help build transformative collaborations that foster the conditions needed to root systemic transformation in our ways of thinking, being and doing together. I work across sectors and deeply in community to support what it takes to transform ourselves and our places we call home towards more equitable, just and regenerative futures. 

I’m a mother, life partner, PhD scholar, researcher, evaluator and community-engager in both my full-time job working for the state of Minnesota, as well as in and with the community work I am a part of here at home. The  stories of this journey have been shaped by the relationships and connections to this Place where I practice and grow in my life’s work.
