• 13% of American immigrants are refugees.

• The natural human instinct when faced with danger is fight or flight - these people have fled their homelands because they will be injured or die if they stay.

• Migration is not invasion: humans have been moving around since 25,000 years ago.

• By 2100, large regions around the equator will become uninhabitable - the greatest climate disaster in history,  displacing about 12% of the entire world's population.

Already, the United States faces many laws and processes that serve to restrict immigration. These (along with hateful organizations like ICE) must be abolished and reformed. Major population centers could also set up temporary settlements, such as ones already in use in Germany and Sweden.
