In today’s world, psychedelics are having a moment.
They’re everywhere—in podcasts, on YouTube, Netflix documentaries, wellness circles, and headlines. Doctors are speaking about them, celebrities are endorsing them, and ancestral wisdom traditions are being rediscovered through a modern lens.
The buzz is real. And unfortunately, so is the hype.
While there is promising research and a genuine potential for healing, it’s important to approach these powerful experiences with discernment.
Psychedelics are not quick fixes. They are not magic pills.
The real transformation comes from the inner work—before and after the actually event of taking any medicine.
The before and after is where I offer my support.
Preparation, intention setting, and exploring expectations for a psychedelic experience are vital for the event to be beneficial and therapeutic for you. And integration, taking the time to ground the experience you had during a psychedelic experience, grounding and relating it to your life, and choosing your next steps are all part of making sense of your journey.
If you are feeling called toward a psychedelic experience, or looking to make sense of one you’ve already had, or simply seeking a grounded, soul-centered way to meet life’s challenges, I’m here to support you with clarity, care, and compassion. I bring the tools of inner work to support those who have, or are considering exploring these paths in the future.
As therapist with years of experience, I also hold a university qualification as a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist PATGc. I offer sessions for preparation or integration. This could be weeks, months or even years before or after you have had a psychedelic experience.
I do not provide or facilitate you in the taking of psychedelic medicines* (please read my disclaimer)
Understand what to expect, explore intentions, uncover motivations, recognize contra-indications, and take the steps needed to stay safe—emotionally, psychologically, and physically.
After a journey using entheogens, there can be revelations, some confusion, maybe some insight. Maybe it doesn't make sense. Proper integration sessions help you ground your experience and anchor it into everyday life.
If you’re considering exploring psychedelics, I offer preparation sessions to help you make informed, thoughtful choices. With so many substances available for a psychedelic experience, it can be hard to navigate which one would suit you.
For safe-guarding reasons, as these substances are often widely available on the underground market, it can be hard to know what’s right for you.
Some people even combine different medicines, often without fully understanding the risks and interactions, leading to unnecessary harm. In a preparation session, we’ll look at your intentions, your health, and what you’re hoping to gain from the experience. We’ll discuss the different medicines, their effects, and the potential pitfalls to watch out for.
My service as a trained Psychedelic Assisted Therapist is to help you, through education, discernment, and harm reduction, to ensure you can approach any psychedelic experience you may be choosing as safely and consciously as possible.
Please note: I do not provide or supply any substances, and psychedelics may be illegal where you live. My role is to help you navigate this world safely and wisely, because despite their illegality, we live in times where they are increasingly being sought out. It's important to acknowledge that psychedelic medicines are increasingly popular and available, and it's important to be your safety and wellbeing matters.
In our preparation and integration work, I draw on a few powerful, proven tools to help you feel resourced, clear, and grounded before and after a psychedelic session.
IFS (Internal Family Systems, or parts work) helps you gently meet and heal inner conflicts and protective patterns, so all parts of you feel seen and safe.
ISBR (Inquiry-Based Stress Reduction, also known as The Work of Byron Katie) is a radical yet simple way to question and unravel any stressful thoughts you may be carrying, so they don’t cloud your experience.
And as a long-time yoga teacher and practitioner, I bring a spiritual, somatic awareness and grounded presence into our work, helping you stay connected to your body and its inner wisdom.
Together, these approaches help create the clarity, openness, and integration you need to make the most of your journey.
Many people worry about the effects, the side effects, the long term effects of taking psychedelic medicines. Because they have been outlawed for so long, and with successful "war on drugs" public health campaigns (without much evidence it must be said) against many of them, it is difficult to know how safe you are. The image here is a chart from a Lancet article published in 2010, looking Drug Harms in the UK. Interestingly, Alcohol is by far, the most dangerous drug that we use. Next to Crack Cocaine and Heroin. Mushrooms and LSD by comparison, prove to have very little risk to self, and no risk to others.
Whether or not you choose to journey with psychedelics, my invitation to you remains the same:
I invite you to turn inward, to meet yourself honestly, and to come home to yourself.
If you are ready for a deep, beautiful, and sometimes messy process of living a more conscious life reach out to speak with me...
If you're exploring psychedelic-assisted therapy or other transformational paths, you're likely a seeker—someone looking for deeper truth, healing, and a more authentic way of living.
This work is for you if you are:
Ready to challenge your thinking and open to real change.
Stuck in a pattern or facing a challenge you know you need to face head-on.
Feeling the call to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Seeking grounded wisdom and support— both before and after a psychedelic experience.
With compassionate witnessing and inquiry, I offer you practical tools to prepare properly, reduce risk, support integration, and help you navigate your inner work with clarity, curiosity and creativity.
I bring over 30 years of experience in the healing arts—as a psychotherapist, coach, yoga teacher, art therapist, and spiritual guide. My approach is grounded, integrative, and deeply respectful of each person's unique path.
Certified in Inquiry Based Stress Reduction (commonly known as The Work of Byron Katie) and trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I offer a presence that helps you slow down, turn inward, and explore with curiosity. As a Psychedelic-Assisted Therapist, I support those engaging with altered states through safe, ethical preparation and integration practices. I do not provide medicines, but I help you navigate these experiences with insight and care.
As a longtime teacher of Kaiut Yoga, I also invite people into the wisdom of the body—supporting healing not only through the mind but also through the breath, and the nervous system.
Clients often say they feel truly held by this work—held in compassion while also gently challenged to go deeper. I don’t offer fixes. I offer companionship on the journey inward—toward clarity, freedom, and the truth of who you really are.
For 1000's of years humans have used psychedelics as entheogens, medicines to open doors in the mind—doors to unprocessed memories, unconscious beliefs, deep-seated fears, and also to awe, love, spirit and profound clarity.
These powerful medicines have the capacity to unburden the mind, soften protective layers, and create new neural pathways—offering a chance to relate to your life, your past, and your identity in an entirely new way.
But opening those doors is just the beginning. They are not an answer, simply a doorway into where you might start to find the answers.
The altered state of a psychedelic journey often lowers or bypasses the mind’s usual defences—what in IFS we call “protectors.” These parts of us formed long ago to shield us from pain or rejection. When those defences fall away on a journey, we may come into contact with very vulnerable parts—exiled beliefs or memories we didn’t even realise we were carrying. That’s why preparation and integration are essential.
Insights from a psychedelic experience can remain hidden, ungrounded or even surface in ways that are destabilising. It is wise to have a compassionate guide to work with you before and after your experience.
Whether you're preparing for a psychedelic journey, integrating one, or seeking transformation without substances, this work helps you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your deeper Self—calm, clear, and whole.
