I am Marco Levati, an engineer and coach. I'm passionate about gymnastics, life coaching, and effortless practices. Effortless is powerful. My mission is to impact 1 billion people so they can achieve their full well being. I stand for your freedom, your love, your human connection, and for your excellence. I believe you shall not give up on your dreams.

I have pursued a successful engineering career and I have always been interested in athletics. After many years of swimming, hockey and table tennis since I was a child, in 2009 I came across Argentine tango, a beautiful partner dance that exposed many of my body deficits.

Driven by my strong determination, I started to study dance techniques first in Italy and then in the U.S. I had an amazing journey of inner discovery with ecstatic dance, circus arts and modern dance, but most importantly I met beautiful human beings along the way.

In 2017 I met Master Chen in Raleigh. Master Chen was a real master, one of those you feel “they get it”. With his powerful, humble and loving teaching, I studied kung fu in a very deep way, from one of the best Chinese masters. This is where I started to unveil my body potential and see unbelievable progress on my skills.

Next I discovered Ido Portal. Ido inspired me to move my body without limits and removed my belief of “you can’t do that exercise.”

After this breakthrough I started to focus on gymnastics. I love the elegance, the discipline, and the beautiful forms. I have followed the roadmap of Coach Sommers with true commitment and I experience during my daily workout being alive, feeling powerful, and effortless in achieving my goals.

In July 2019 I experienced my potential during a 2 weekend journey inside myself with an emotional intelligence training. I unveiled my purpose and I started to see the world in a new way. This unforgettable experience done with my wife made me realized how deeply we are interdependent with each other, and how important is for every one of us to show up in this world in the best way we can. Since then, I feel in love with life and I want to put myself in service to others, to create value for them and use my talents to support others.
