I am a spiritual and life coach guided by lived experience — not textbooks.
Everything I offer is rooted in real life: challenges I’ve personally walked through and transformations I’ve supported friends and family through along the way. I don’t believe in coaching from theory alone. I believe in wisdom earned through experience, accountability, and conscious choice.
My coaching packages are designed as 90-day journeys — and that’s intentional. Ninety days is a powerful window of time: long enough to create meaningful change, build new habits, and step into accountability, yet short enough to allow freedom. If you decide the work isn’t for you, there’s no long-term obligation. This structure honors both your time and mine.
There’s an old saying that any routine can be created in 21 days — but it’s what happens after those 21 days that truly matters. The real work is learning how to stay consistent, accountable, and committed once the newness wears off. That’s where the deeper growth happens, and why the full 90 days are so powerful.
I work best with those who are ready — ready to show up, to be honest with themselves, and to take responsibility for their growth. Some people move quickly, others need more time, and both are welcome here. No. Coaching is not therapy and does not replace mental health care. Coaching focuses on the present and future — helping you gain clarity, build self-trust, and take aligned action in your life.
If therapy is more appropriate for your needs, I’ll always encourage you to seek that support.

Alec F - I have worked with raven for a long while and have found her to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of her work.
She came into our sessions with an open mind and willingness to adapt to my needs while doing the work to improve myself.
I was struggling majorly with extreme procrastination that was interfering with my school and made me really start doubting myself. And even if I could move forward with my education. However with ravens help I was able to start getting my tasks done in a timely manor and start being able to make changes all around which improved my life for the better!
Raven helped me understand why my ADHD made me procrastinate so much and helped me find ways to work around it. She also helped me hold myself accountable for the goals I made.
