Sometimes life brings us to a place where we're not quite sure what comes next.
Maybe you're navigating a major change, feeling stuck in the same patterns, questioning your priorities, or simply wondering whether there's something more you want from life.
You might already have an idea of what you want but struggle with knowing where to begin. Or maybe you're still figuring that part out.
Life coaching offers a space to explore those questions without judgment or pressure. It's an opportunity to slow down, look at things from different perspectives, reconnect with what matters to you, and consider what moving forward could look like.
You don't need to have a specific goal, a detailed plan, or all the answers before starting.
Sometimes the first step is simply giving yourself the opportunity to explore.
Coaching is a conversation with a purpose, but it doesn't have to feel formal or intimidating.
Our sessions are a chance for you to talk openly about what's happening in your life, explore the things you've been thinking about, and consider possibilities you may not have explored before.
You set the direction. My role is to listen, ask thoughtful questions, help you look at things from different perspectives, and support you as you discover what feels right for you.
Depending on what you want to explore, we might:
Identify what matters most to you and what you want more of in your life.
Explore challenges, habits, or assumptions that may be keeping you stuck.
Consider different possibilities and what each could mean for you.
Build confidence in your ability to make your own decisions.
Turn ideas into realistic, manageable steps when you're ready.
There's no one-size-fits-all approach. Some conversations may bring new insights, while others may focus on decisions, goals, or practical next steps.
You remain in control of your choices, your goals, and what you decide to do next.
Coaching is focused on personal growth and forward movement. It isn't therapy, mental health treatment, or a replacement for professional medical care.
Are you ready to explore what your next chapter might look like?
I'm currently inviting approximately three adults to participate in a free life coaching pilot. This is an opportunity to experience individual coaching, explore something meaningful in your life, and discover what moving forward could look like for you.
The pilot includes three private, one-on-one sessions, each lasting approximately 45–60 minutes, spread over about four weeks.
Where are you now, and where would you like to go?
We'll explore what's happening in your life, what's important to you, and what you'd like to gain from our conversations. You don't need to arrive with a clearly defined goal. Discovering what you want can be part of the process.
What's getting in the way, and what options are available?
We'll explore challenges, patterns, assumptions, and possibilities. Together, we'll look at what might help you move forward and identify manageable next steps that make sense for your situation.
What have you discovered, and where do you go from here?
We'll reflect on your experiences, explore any changes in your perspective, and consider how you might continue building on what you've learned.
This is a collaborative experience built around your individual needs and priorities. You'll have space to think, ask questions, explore possibilities, and make your own decisions.
Because this is a pilot, I'll also invite you to share honest feedback about your coaching experience. Your feedback will help me continue developing my skills and improving the coaching process.
Participation is completely free. There is no obligation to purchase future coaching services.
You don't need to have your life figured out to benefit from coaching. In fact, figuring out what you want may be exactly why you're considering it.
This free coaching pilot may be a good fit if you're an adult who:
Is navigating a life change or feeling uncertain about what comes next.
Feels stuck and wants to explore new perspectives or possibilities.
Wants to reconnect with personal values, priorities, or goals.
Is working toward greater confidence, independence, or self-trust.
Is curious about personal growth and willing to reflect on their experiences.
Because this is a small pilot, I'm looking for volunteers who can commit to three individual sessions over approximately four weeks.
You don't need to have perfect attendance in life or make dramatic changes between sessions. I simply ask that you come with an open mind, participate honestly, communicate about scheduling, and be willing to share constructive feedback about your experience.
Life coaching is intended to support personal reflection, decision-making, goal-setting, and growth. It is not psychotherapy, crisis support, or treatment for mental health conditions.
If you're currently looking for help with a mental health crisis or concerns that require clinical treatment, a qualified mental health professional would be a more appropriate source of support.
You don't need to be certain that coaching is right for you before reaching out. That's something we can explore together.
You don't have to know exactly where you want to go to begin exploring what's possible.
If something you've read here resonates with you, I'd love to hear from you.
I'm currently welcoming applications for a small, free three-session coaching pilot. Whether you're navigating a change, looking for clarity, or simply curious about what coaching could offer, you're invited to express your interest.
The application is a short opportunity to share a little about yourself, what you're hoping to explore, and whether this experience might be a good fit.
There's no cost to apply, and submitting an application doesn't commit you to participating.

Approximately three participant spaces are available. Applications will be reviewed before sessions are scheduled.
