THE PROGRAM - You will be given access to a fully customized program designed to help you develop the athletic qualities you require for your sport. The program includes the exercise, the number of sets, reps, and the weight, along with a video demonstration of each exercise. The program is adjusted every 4 weeks to ensure you are making adequate progress.
THE NUTRITION - Depending on what works best for you, I will either build you a strict meal plan, a flexible meal guide, macronutrient targets, or just general nutrition guidance. During your first call, we will decide which option make the most sense, and I will deliver the guide during your onboarding call. The guide will be based on foods you already like, have access to, and can afford, all while meeting your individual goals of greater strength gains, fat loss, etc.
THE ACCOUNTABILITY - Not only do you get access to my knowledge of programming and nutrition, but also the accountability of a coach who keeps you on track. We have weekly meetings over zoom where we discuss your progress, your compliance to the program and your meal plan, your recovery, etc. I won't hold back from telling you what you need to hear. I'm there to hold you accountable, so you can accomplish what you couldn't alone!
THE LEARNING - I want to be your last coach. Because of this, I teach you along the way about the reasons we are doing each exercise, why I'm telling you to eat certain foods, and why I'm making you get 8 hours of sleep. The goal is for you to feel so knowledgable that by the time you have graduated from my coaching, you feel like you could coach someone else through the exact same process.
