1. Introduction IfAI Apps LLC ("we", "our", or "us") operates the CoachifAI mobile application (the "App"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring you have total control over your health and fitness data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use CoachifAI.
2. Information We Collect To provide you with personalized AI coaching and fitness tracking, CoachifAI collects the following types of data:
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and securely manage your authentication credentials via Google Firebase.
User-Provided Data: Workout logs, sets, reps, custom exercises, body measurements (weight, waist, arms, etc.), injury reports, and nutritional logs.
Conversational Data: Text inputs, questions, and prompts you send to the AI Coach.
Health Connect Data: With your explicit permission, we read activity data (such as daily step counts) from Google Health Connect to provide accurate fitness context for the AI Coach.
Camera and Photo Data: Progress photos you choose to save within the app, and camera access strictly for scanning food barcodes.
3. How We Use Your Information We use your data exclusively to power the core features of the App:
To calculate workout volume, track personal records, and generate historical graphs.
To provide context to the AI Coach so it can generate safe, personalized workout routines and feedback.
To fetch nutritional information from barcode scans. Images captured by the camera for barcode scanning are processed in real-time on your device and are not saved, recorded, or transmitted to our servers.
4. Google Health Connect Policy CoachifAI requests access to Google Health Connect to read your daily step counts and activity data.
The use of information received from Health Connect will adhere to the Health Connect Permissions policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your Health Connect data with third-party advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
Health Connect data is only processed locally on your device and sent securely to our AI provider strictly for the purpose of generating your daily coaching feedback.
5. Third-Party Services and Artificial Intelligence CoachifAI integrates with specific third-party APIs to function:
Google Gemini API: Your workout stats, biofeedback, and chat prompts are sent to Google's Gemini API to generate the AI Coach's responses. We use the enterprise-grade Google Gemini API. Your conversational data and health context are strictly used to generate your immediate response and are not used by Google to train their public AI models. By using this App, you consent to your coaching prompts being processed by Google's AI services.
OpenFoodFacts API: When you scan a barcode or search for a food item, the search query/barcode is sent to the OpenFoodFacts database to retrieve nutritional macros.
RevenueCat and App Store Billing: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. We do not process or store your credit card information. Purchase history is securely managed by Google Play and RevenueCat via anonymous app-user IDs.
Analytics and Crash Reporting: We use Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to monitor app performance and identify bugs. These services collect anonymous, non-identifying usage and crash data to help us improve the App's stability.
6. Data Storage and Security Your personal data, workout history, and profile settings are synced and stored on secure cloud servers provided by Google Firebase. This cloud architecture ensures your data is backed up and accessible if you change devices. We utilize industry-standard encryption protocols provided by Google Firebase to protect your data both in transit and at rest on our servers.
7. Data Retention and Deletion You have complete control over your data and can request its permanent deletion at any time.
In-App Deletion: You can permanently erase your account, fitness profile, and all cloud workout logs by navigating to the Coach's Office, selecting the Settings menu, and tapping the "Delete data and account" button. This action cannot be undone.
Web Deletion Request: If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account deletion by submitting our secure Account Deletion Form at https://forms.gle/e1RvwdYyBLZRWEVx6.
Uninstalling: Please note that simply uninstalling the app from your device will not delete your cloud account data, nor will it cancel your active subscription.
8. Children’s Privacy CoachifAI is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date."

Welcome to CoachifAI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CoachifAI mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using CoachifAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account or using CoachifAI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to use this App or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Health and Medical Disclaimer (IMPORTANT) CoachifAI is for informational and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App provides workout tracking, nutritional estimates, and AI-generated fitness suggestions. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider before starting any new diet or exercise program. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read or generated on CoachifAI. Use of any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Disclaimer CoachifAI utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) to generate meal tracking estimates, macro-nutrient breakdowns, and workout feedback based on user input. AI can hallucinate, make mathematical errors, or provide inaccurate information. Users are strictly responsible for verifying the accuracy of any nutritional data, recipe ingredients, or workout advice generated by the App. CoachifAI assumes no liability for errors or omissions in AI-generated content.
4. Subscriptions, Free Trials, and Billing CoachifAI offers premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions ("CoachifAI Pro").
Free Trials: We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be billed for the subscription you selected.
Billing: All payments are processed and managed entirely by the application store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from which you originally downloaded the App.
Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting your CoachifAI account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must manage your billing directly through the app store.
Refunds: Because payments are handled by Apple and Google, CoachifAI cannot directly issue refunds. All refund requests must be directed to the respective app store.
5. User Accounts and Data You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when setting up your profile (such as height, weight, and fitness goals) so the AI can function properly.
6. Acceptable Use You agree not to:
Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App's code or AI prompts.
Submit abusive, harassing, or highly inappropriate text prompts to the AI Coach. You are solely responsible for the data, text, and prompts you input into the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoachifAI and its creator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including physical injury, health complications, or data loss, resulting from your access to or use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page or via an in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the new Terms.
