This conference theme centers on the shared responsibility of coaching with clarity, courage, and care, recognizing that meaningful improvement happens when everyone understands their role and works in alignment. Coaching with Clarity, Courage, and Care emphasizes the importance of bringing together principals, assistant principals, instructional coaches, and teachers to create coherent systems, engage in courageous conversations, and prioritize well-being. Through collaboration and shared leadership, educational stakeholders will explore strategies and best practices for effective coaching and instructional leadership, ensuring supportive environments where educators grow and every student can succeed.
