How to motivate the GenZ at work
What is the Generation Z:
The GenZ is the demographic cohort born between the mid-90s and the early 2010s. This generation grew up in the age of the internet and digital technology and is characterized by their use of social media, online communication and digital devices.
They also share a different perspective regarding the significance of pursuing a career versus prioritizing their environmental footprint.
Which problems can you face with this GenZs at work:
One of the biggest challenges is the difference in work style between the GenZ and the older generations. GenZs tend to be more independent and may not respond well to traditional top-down management styles.

The goal of this talk is to create a safe space of collective intelligence, to provide food for thoughts to provoke creative thinking and potentially solutions to your daily challenges as professionals and leaders.
Olivier Friedman will begin by presenting various aspects of the topic and then facilitate discussion where you’ll be able to share your daily challenges with the GenZ employees as well as use collective intelligence to overcome your challenges thanks to other participants’ experience and feedback.
