Coach Sygn – Terms of Use

Welcome to Coach Sygn. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Coach Sygn application, you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. About Coach Sygn
Coach Sygn is a fitness and training management application designed for coaches and athletes. The app provides tools for creating and managing workout programs, accessing exercise content, tracking training progress, and managing coach-athlete relationships.
2. Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Coach Sygn provides fitness and training information for general informational purposes only. The app does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
Users are responsible for determining whether exercises and training programs are appropriate for their health and physical condition. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning a new exercise program, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, or other health concern.
3. User Accounts
Certain features require a Coach Sygn account. You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining the security of your account.
You may delete your account from within the app. Account deletion permanently removes your account and associated account data, except where retention is required by law or necessary for legitimate legal or security purposes.
4. Coaches and Athletes
Coach Sygn provides tools that allow coaches and athletes to organize and share training-related information. Coaches are independently responsible for the training programs, instructions, recommendations, and other content they provide to athletes.
Coach Sygn does not independently verify the qualifications of users acting as coaches and does not guarantee particular fitness or training results.
5. Coach Sygn Pro Subscription
Coach Sygn may offer an optional auto-renewable subscription called Coach Sygn Pro.
Coach Sygn Pro Monthly provides access to Pro features for a one-month subscription period. The price displayed in the app at the time of purchase is the applicable price for your storefront and may vary by country, currency, taxes, or changes permitted by the applicable app store.
Payment is charged through the platform from which the subscription is purchased. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store. Users can manage or cancel their subscription through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.
Deleting a Coach Sygn account does not automatically cancel an active App Store or Google Play subscription. Users should cancel their subscription through the applicable store if they do not want it to renew.
6. Free and Pro Features
Coach Sygn may provide both free and paid features. Available features, limits, and Pro benefits may change over time as the service develops. Any material changes will be handled in accordance with applicable law and app store requirements.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Coach Sygn, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other accounts, interfere with the operation or security of the service, or use the app for unlawful purposes.
8. Content and Intellectual Property
The Coach Sygn name, branding, interface, exercise library, graphics, and other original application content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit protected Coach Sygn content without authorization.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, modify, improve, or discontinue features of Coach Sygn. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available without interruption or error.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coach Sygn and its operator are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages resulting from improper exercise, misuse of the app, reliance on user-generated training instructions, or use of the service contrary to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
11. Privacy
Use of Coach Sygn is also subject to the Coach Sygn Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.
12. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to Coach Sygn, legal requirements, or app store policies. The latest version will be made available on this page.
