As you can see I have added our Warm-Ups, some of our Extreme Fitness and Extreme Hopscotch exercises for you to practice and use in your Daily Workout. As you create your Daily Workouts make sure you challenge those in your family to workout for 60 minutes with you a day. You can break up your workouts into short 10 minute workouts 6 times a day or 15 minute workouts 4 times a day or 30 minute workouts 2 times a day...
