TRAINING SERVICES
Training Services serves as the capacity-building arm of the Commission on Audit Regional Office No. IX. We provide comprehensive learning and development interventions designed to empower our audited agencies through specialized training programs.
To nominate participants to our training courses, please accomplish the Nomination Form (Annex A) (bit.ly/COA9nominationform) for each specific course and schedule, ensuring the duly approved form is uploaded via the submission links at least fifteen (15) days prior to the start date. Please note that registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to target participants. The nomination links will automatically close once it has reached the maximum number of 60 participants per class. The confirmed nominees will receive an official training advisory five (5) working days before the seminar. The training fee, which covers one meal, two snacks, and a training kit (excluding accommodation), must be settled on the first day of training.
NOMINATION PROCEDURES AND GUIDELINES
1. All nominations to this training shall adhere to the principle of providing equal opportunity for all deserving personnel. Discrimination on account of gender identity, sexual orientation, disabilities, religion, and/or group membership shall not be exercised.

3. Accomplish the COA IX Nomination Form (Annex A), revised as of CY 2026, for each course and schedule. The Nomination Form should be signed by the Agency Head or their official representative. You may download the nomination form at bit.ly/COA9nominationform.
4. The Focal Person of the Agency must register on behalf of the nominees. Register all the nominees included in the duly accomplished COA IX Nomination Form. Upload the same, thru our official Nomination Submission Portal BELOW at least ten (10) working days before the schedule of the course/seminar. Registration done beyond the lead time will no longer be accommodated.
5. Please be guided with the following during registration and submission of the duly accomplished Nomination Form:
a. A Google email is required to register and submit the COA IX Nomination Form;
b. A maximum of 5 nominees can be registered per course and schedule.
c. The required file type is PDF.
6. Only the registrations done through the Nomination Submission Portal will be processed. No need to send nominations via email. Hard copies need NOT be submitted to the Commission on Audit.
7. Acceptance of nominees shall be on a first-come-first-served basis and shall depend on the availability of slots (maximum of 60 participants per class). The number of nominees per Agency shall be limited to a maximum of five (5). Please be advised that only those nominees who are confirmed can proceed to attend the training. We shall not entertain unconfirmed participants.
8. Confirmed participants shall receive a training advisory in the email addresses provided in the nomination at least five (5) working days before the conduct. The participants shall ensure the payment of training fees in accordance with the payment details and procedures specified in the advisory. To ensure that public funds are not wasted, confirmed nominees are obligated to settle the training fee regardless of attendance.
