Arrangement of accommodation and transportation is done per locale, so please coordinate with your locale servant for assistance.

Please coordinate with your locale coordinators for IDs, attendance cards, and props. Kindly pick it up before the event starts. 

If you are a member of a committee or ministry in the Church, kindly coordinate with your locale servant on how to participate in duties during the event. 

Seating arrangement will be on a first come, first serve basis. Guest coordinators will be available to assist you.

FM/radio receiver for translation will be available at the venue. Please bring your own earphones.

If you need translation, you may get the translation devices at the entrance lobby.

Kids will have their own gathering in the designated Kids room. They will be supervised by our Kids and Teens Servants. Kids' Room opens at 11:30pm PT / 12:30am MT / 1:30am CT / 2:30am ET

Teens will be seated in the Main Hall, along with the brethren and are expected to attend the entire gathering.

Food will be provided during breaktime. Information about the food will be found at the cafeteria.
