• Stanford (7/28-8/24)

  • ***VERY IMPORTANT: Stanford has a pre-approval procedure that should be sent in at the start of the year you apply for Sub-Is. 

  • There are 2 Sub-I options: ORTHO 303C vs ORTHO 304A

    • I completed 303C, which is primarily inpatient PM&R at Santa Clara Valley Medical Center (SCVMC) 

      • I did 1 week of TBI, 2 weeks of SCI, 1 week of peds

    • 304A is spent at Palo Alto VA, Stanford, or SCVMC

• UC Irvine (9/15-10/12)

  • 4-week inpatient sub-I or 4-week completely outpatient

• UC Davis (11/17-11/28)

  • 2-week rotation in different services or 2 weeks in peds

  • 4-week rotation in different services or 4 weeks in peds

    • Dr. Davidson, the PD, is a Peds PM&R physician
