저희 반도체소자집적 연구실 (SDIL)은 나노전자소자 (Semiconductor Device)를 개발하고,
이들간의 3D/2D 집적 (Semiconductor Integration)을 연구합니다.
현재 ‘인공지능/메모리 반도체소자’와 ‘3차원 이종집적 (Heterogeneous 3D integration)'에 집중하고 있습니다.

Our laboratory (SDIL) researches nano-electronic semiconductor devices and 3D/2D integration of semiconductor devices.
Now, we are focusing on CMOS process-compatible semiconductor devices for artificial intelligence and memory applications and heterogeneous 3D integration between Si and compound semiconductors.
