Dr Abdelkerim Amari (Senior Application Engineer at VPIphotonics GmbH, Berlin, Allemagne )
Abdelkerim Amari received the Engineering degree in signals and systems from Tunisia Polytechnic School, Tunis, Tunisia, in 2012 and the Ph.D. degree in optical communication from TELECOM ParisTech, Paris, France, in 2016. He is currently working as a Senior Application Engineer at VPIphotonics GmbH from January 2020. He previously worked as a Post-Doctoral Researcher at Memorial University and University of British Columbia in Canada, and Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands between 2016 and 2019. His research interests include digital signal processing, advanced modulation and coding, and machine learning for optical communication systems.
Pr Belkacem BENADDA (Université Abou-Bekr BELKAID Tlemcen, Algeria)
With more than 10 years of experience in education and research in the fields of digital electronics and telecommunications. Pr Belkacem BENADDA initiated several scientific works and research projects on the design of mobile terminals dedicated to localization, well-being and meteorology. Several students of all levels have benefited from his actions. In research, he has deal with array sensors, beamforming and source detection. He has participate on several Algerian national research projects: Intelligent array antenna and beamforming for telecommunications and Diversity and multiple access for wireless networks. Others works based on Digital Signal processing and the application of artificial intelligence as neural networks and multi-agent modeling.

• Associate Professor and Head of Department of Electronics and Telecommunications at the University of Ain temouchent since 2015.
• Cisco certified: NTSS and CCNP service provider path
• Senior BSS engineer in network manager center at ooredoo compagny between 2011 and 2015.
• Participation in several innovation competitions and distinguished 2nd best startup in the national territory in 2020 by the minister in charge of startups.
• Research Area : internet of things, last generation wireless networks, routing protocol, quality of service and mobility network management.
