Registration Information

Registration must be completed online via the CCC Website linked above.  

Paper registrations will be not be accepted.

Credit card payments are preferred to ensure that registration is accepted immediately.  

Checks written for CNSNA Membership Dues MUST be written separately and should be sent directly to Joslynne Stauss.  Please do NOT send CNSNA Membership dues checks to CCC.
