Requirements for Application:
1. Photocopy of Grade 11 High School Report Cards, duly certified by the school head/principal or Adviser;
2. 2 pcs. 1x1 size picture with nametag.

ADMISSION PROCESS
1. Applicants for admission must submit to the process of online application through ONLINE ADMISSION SYSTEM (OAS)
2. In the application, students still need to identify their 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice of program as basis for the admission.
ADMISSION GUIDELINES
1. All new incoming freshmen and transferees are required to take the College Admission Test (CNSC–CAT) which shall consist of the mental ability test and aptitude test.
2. The overall standards for admission to any undergraduate academic program in the College shall be based on the applicant’s result in the CNSC-CAT and the high school average grade. Provision on the NCAE result may be implemented or considered in the overall rating of applicants, IF APPLICABLE.
3. The admission rating shall be based on the following criteria and corresponding weights:
NB: In the event that NCAE result is not available or applicable, 5% of its corresponding weight shall be applied to the GWA of the applicants, hence a totalof 10% shall be the total corresponding weight of the F-138 general weighted average.
4. Passing admission rating in the undergraduate program shall be 75%. Result of the computed admission rating shall be classified into two:
A. Applicants who get an admission rating of 85% and above; and
B. Those who get an admission rating above 75% but below 85%.
5. Applicants who get an admission rating of 85% and above are qualified to be admitted to the quota courses of the College based on rank.
6. Those who get an admission rating above 75% but below 85% are qualified to enrol in non-quota courses based on rank.
7. Admission based on the enrolment quota is on a first come first serve basis.
8. Those who will fall below 75% and above 60% may be considered to be waitlisted if slots are available.
9. For the College of Engineering with a special qualifying exam as requirement for admission, the following shall be observed;
A. For a student to be eligible to take the qualifying exam, he/she shall have GWA of at least 90% in his/her report card.
B. The scores in the Engineering qualifying exam shall be used in ranking the applicants based on the specified quota for each program.
