SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

PAPER SUBMISSION 

• To download the poster template to use for the NCAIA 2023 conference, click here 

• Contributions must be original and should not have been published previously.

• Authors are invited to submit their papers (4 to 6 pages) in English, in two-columns according to the IEEE Format click here to download word template .

• The papers should be submitted in word format with IEEE template through  the following email address : cniaa2023@gmail.com

• All accepted papers will be published in the NCIA proceeding with a DOI.

• If you wish your paper to be published  in the NCAIA 2023  Proceedings (with an DOI) but you are not able to attend the Conference in person, you can paticipate  using Zoom or Google Meet.  

•  All papers accepted for oral communication must be presented remotely via zoom

• All papers accepted for plenary sessions must be presented in person.

REGISTRATION FEES

•  No fees for Teacher-researchers, Post-graduate students, Industrial and Exhibition stand.
