Rules & Regulations

Entry:

• $10 cash per team of two participants ($5 per person)
• Must be paid by Wednesday, May 9th at 3 PM
• You must be following @cnhssrassassin and must DM your team members & team name
• MONEY and INFORMATION:
• By signing your contact sheet you are aware of all rules and regulations listen below. Additionally, we are in no way liable for any events that may occur during this game. By signing individuals are aware that they are liable for themselves and their own actions. This event is in no way affiliated with Colts Neck High School.
• $10 must be placed inside an envelope that's sealed with the following written in or on it...

*Loose money will not be accepted, envelopes are mandatory*

• All participants names and team names will be posted on the twitter page and on this website on May 12th, 2016.
• Participants can only be SENIORS from COLTS NECK HIGH SCHOOL

Weapons:

• You must use a water gun
• All kills must be done with a “full water-squirt” in order for the tag to count, not just a drop of water.
• Water must be used in the water gun only! Do NOT use urine or water with food coloring or any other liquid other than water
• NO POWERWASHERS

Off-Limit Zones:

• This is not a school activity, the game must take place before/after school hours. All tags during school hours on school days are void.
• Water guns CAN NOT be brought to the school grounds. If they are and are used, your team will be disqualified.
• ABSOLUTELY NO TAGS ON SCHOOL GROUNDS OR DURING SCHOOL EVENTS.
  • (sports practices, games, performances etc.) held by ANY FRHSD SCHOOL, not just CNHS, or any team (travel teams)
• No tags can take place when your target is at work, on work . You may not shoot any delivery drivers while delivering food, even if it's to you. If they are on the clock they are off limits! (Can be tagged after work/before)
• You could tag target when they are leaving work only.
• No tags in public places of worship.
• You may NOT break into your targets home.
  • You can shoot a target inside their homes IF and ONLY IF a PERMANENT RESIDENT of the home INVITES you inside.
  • You CAN shoot a target through a window/screen/open door if they are in their home and the door is open, but DO NOT ENTER.
• Cars must be off, shooting while driving is prohibited. Any tags made while driving will be void and the team will be automatically disqualified.
• You CAN shoot through a window or roof of a car ONLY if the car is completely OFF.
  • Any damage caused to cars can be reason for elimination and the game being shut down.
  • You ​can not force yourself into someones car, this is considered reason for elimination.
• Game will pause on June 2nd at 12 AM to June 4th at 11:59 PM in respect of prom weekend if the game lasts that long.
• No tags during sport games or organized extra curricular activities. You may tag after these events.
• The inside of gyms are off limits for safety purposes. PARKING LOTS ARE FAIR GAME GOING IN OR OUT
• YOU CAN Shoot someone before work/after work as long as they are not clocked in.
• TAGGING WITH ANYTHING BUT WATER WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.
• DRIVE BYS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION.

Defense:

• The only way to defend yourself other than running away is shooting the person before they shoot you. This will not disqualify the other person, but will give you one hour of immunity.
• Throughout the game there will be immunity items. If you are carrying an immunity item and you are shot it doesn't count.
• Shots don't count on school days between the hours of 8:15 am and 3:00 pm.
• Water Balloons are prohibited.
• Power Washers are Prohibited

Trespassing:

• If somebody at your target’s home/workplace tells you to leave, it is required that you LEAVE. All complaints will be addressed and can potentially result in elimination.
• Obey parents or owners of any property you may be on during game hours. This game is not an excuse or outlet for illegal action, trespassing, etc.
• If you are told to leave at a public place, (gym, restaurant, clothing store, mall etc.) by authority, you must leave. If you don't this can result in disqualification.

Safe Zones:

• Safe Zones Are Determined by the coordinators, and will be announced on the twitter.

Disqualification:

• When a rule is reported to be violated players will receive a warning, second time offenders will be disqualified at my discretion.
• Once a team is disqualified they are completely ineligible to get back into the game.
• To report issues please view our 'Contact' page and use the outlets to contact me personally.
• Please Note: Do not try to get someone out by being a snitch.

Liabilities:

• You are responsible and fully liable for your own actions while participating in the game.
• Game coordinators WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for any inappropriate actions or trespassing that may potentially occur.
• You are liable for adhering to all rules and respecting the right to participants privacy and private property.
• CNHS is not in any way affiliated with the Senior Assassin Game.
• Being caught with weapons on school grounds or being caught accessing this site at school is the sole responsibility of the game participant, not the coordinators. This will result in immidiete disqualification.
• Do not hurt your target in any which way, if you do so you are completely liable, not the coordinators.

How The Game Works:

• The game will work in rounds, targets are selected at random and will be shared via text message....
  • Each pair has two targets. At least one target must be killed for pair to continue to next round.
  • NO REVIVALS DURING THE FIRST FEW ROUNDS! (Changes to this rule will be made as the game progresses)
  • Round time will vary dependent on amount of participants in each round and will be shared prior to each round. You must complete your mission within the allotted period in order to advance to the next round. (Average is five days)
  • IF YOU DO NOT TAG EITHER ONE OF YOUR TARGETS AT THE END OF A ROUND YOU ARE OUT!
  • If your partner gets eliminated you still have to kill at least one target to move on to the next round. You can play without a partner if your partner is eliminated.
  • If you and your partner kill both targets, one of you is immune for the rest of the round!
  • After each round is completed you will be assigned a new target.
  • Additional information about each round will be posted on the twitter page daily.
• The only form of self defense is shooting an attacker with a water gun before they shoot you. If you succeed in shooting your attacker, you AND YOUR PARTNER will have one hour of immunity after the kill. This hour is clocked by the time you send a picture of your shot to Tyler.
• Your team will be going after ONE other team- that team is not necessarily going after you.
• Targets are selected at random through an online generator.
• When you legally assassinate someone, text a picture of the killer looking happy and the victim looking sad to Tyler at (908)-670-5260
  • We will be posting these pictures to the twitter account (@CnhssrAssasin)
  • Once you are out you may not shoot a gun but may assist in finding your targets for a kill
• Be a good sport and accept defeat, we will not tolerate sore losers.
• If one person on your team is killed and the other is not, the person not killed will continue alone. However, the same rules still apply.

• AGAIN... You are liable for all of your actions. The game coordinators are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage associated with this event. By signing up for Senior Assassin, you acknowledge that you understand and will abide by these rules and agree to waive liability to the game coordinators from all legal issues.
