“Community empowerment starts with Community Participation”. Last January - February, 2022 Project Development Workshop through a Clustering Activity and Focus Group Discussions were implemented in different Barangay of Sipocot, Camarines Sur. Project Development Workshop is an avenue to provide community volunteers with the basic knowledge of the key points that need to be considered in the preparation, design, and development of community projects, and the packaging of community project proposals and this also creates a venue for creative dialogue between community volunteers and local technical assistance providers, in particular local government unit MIAC members, on the design of development interventions.
