ENGINEERING UNIT

It is guided by Community-Based Infrastructure Manual (CBIM). This manual aims to guide program technical staff and officials of the DSWD, Local Government Units, Community Volunteers, Local Contractors and Service Providers, Program Managers, Oversight and Partner Agencies, and other stakeholders such as CSOs and private groups and individuals providing assistance to LGUs and communities in the planning and implementation of community infrastructure sub-projects.
