Plantation

The Waldemar Estate is an extraordinary location, situated between the winds of Rathnapura distrct. Boasting over 1200 hectares of land, the estate is home to the one and only Aigburth Clone, Suriyakanda's specialty, which can be found nowhere else in the world. Also, the estate has an impressive century-old tea plantation. 

The Gordin Tea Factory, located in Kalawana in the Ratnapura District, has been producing tea for over two decades and has become renowned for its orthodox production.
