If you wish to permanently delete your CNB Italia account and your associated personal information, you may submit a deletion request.
Open the CNB Italia application.
Navigate to:
Profile → Delete Account
Follow the instructions displayed in the application.

To comply with legal obligations
Fraud prevention
Security investigations
Financial or accounting requirements (if applicable)
Any retained information will not be used for marketing purposes.
Deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days.
