The Philadelphia Academy for Nurse Aide Training (PANAT) offers CNA Classes for aspiring candidates across Philadelphia County. The CNA course trains the candidate to address the various needs of a patient and to assist them in their medical challenges in a compassionate way within a healthcare setting. This will be provided in the form of lectures, demonstrations, and the students will be familiarized with actual nursing procedures and techniques. The students shall be given expert guidance in recording the vital signs, assisting the patients in their daily tasks, managing their health records, and assisting the nurses. The students shall be equipped with the skills, knowledge, and ability to provide safety and preventive measures in the care of the patients in addition to learning how to function as a member of the health care team. Our CNA certification program in Philadelphia County assures that the students are provided with a hands-on environment under the supervision and guidance of professionally experienced nurses. The students shall receive 69 hours theory, 26 hours practical in a fully-fledged lab, and 40 hours internship in a nursing home.
