「mouse jiggler」（以下、「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。

1. 個人情報の収集および利用について 本アプリ自体は、ユーザーの個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、正確な位置情報など）を意図的に収集、保存、または当方のサーバーへ送信することはありません。 本アプリが要求するデバイスの権限（パーミッション）は、アプリの機能を実現する以下の目的でのみデバイス内部で使用されます。

Bluetooth通信およびデバイス接続権限 本アプリをマウスジグラー（HIDキーボード/マウス）として機能させるため、周囲のデバイスの検索や、ペアリング済みの外部機器（PC等）との通信・接続に使用します。通信内容や接続データが当方に送信されることはありません。

フォアグラウンドサービスおよび通知 アプリがバックグラウンドに移行した際にも外部機器との接続を維持し、ユーザーに現在の動作状態を通知するために使用します。

2. 広告配信について 本アプリでは、広告配信を目的としてサードパーティの広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用しています。広告配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示するために、以下の情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。 広告ID（Advertising ID） 端末情報（OSバージョン、デバイスモデルなど） IPアドレス これらの情報は匿名化されており、個人を特定するものではありません。Google AdMobが収集する情報の詳細やデータの取り扱い、オプトアウト（情報提供の停止）については、以下のGoogleのポリシーをご確認ください。 Google プライバシーポリシー: https://policies.google.com/privacy Google 広告の制御: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated

3. 同意管理（GDPR / 米国州法等） 欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国、および適用される米国の州のユーザーに対し、本アプリはGoogleのUser Messaging Platform (UMP) SDKを使用し、広告のパーソナライズとデータ使用に関するユーザーの同意を取得・管理します。ユーザーは、アプリ内の設定メニューからいつでもプライバシーおよび同意に関する選択を確認または変更することができます。

4. 個人情報の第三者への提供 当方は、ユーザーの同意なしに個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく公的機関からの要請があった場合を除きます。

5. 子どものプライバシー（年齢制限について） 本アプリは、18歳未満の個人を対象としていません。当方が意図的に児童から個人情報を収集することはありません。当方は自社のサーバー等でユーザーの個人情報を収集・保存していません。万が一、意図せず児童が本アプリを利用し、サードパーティのサービス（Google AdMob等）によってデータが収集されたと保護者の方が判断された場合、ご利用のデバイスの設定から「広告IDのリセット」を行うか、該当するサードパーティのプライバシーコントロールを通じてデータの無効化を行ってください。

6. 免責事項 本アプリの利用により生じたトラブルや損害について、当方は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

7. プライバシーポリシーの変更 当方は、関連法令の変更やアプリの機能追加・修正に伴い、事前の予告なく本ポリシーを更新することがあります。最新のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または配信ページにて常に確認可能な状態とします。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy defines the handling of user personal information in "mouse jiggler" (hereinafter referred to as the "Application").

1. Collection and Use of Personal Information The Application itself does not intentionally collect, store, or transmit user personal information (name, address, phone number, email address, precise location information, etc.) to our servers. The device permissions requested by the Application are used internally on the device solely for the following purposes to realize the Application's functions:

Bluetooth Communication and Device Connection Permissions To function as a mouse jiggler (HID keyboard/mouse), the Application uses these permissions to search for surrounding devices and communicate/connect with paired external devices (such as a PC). Communication content and connection data are never transmitted to us.

Foreground Service and Notifications Used to maintain the connection with external devices even when the Application moves to the background, and to notify the user of the current operating status.

2. Ad Delivery The Application uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob) for the purpose of ad delivery. Ad delivery providers may automatically acquire the following information to display ads tailored to users' interests: Advertising ID Device information (OS version, device model, etc.) IP address This information is anonymized and does not identify individuals. 3. Consent Management (GDPR / US State Privacy Laws, etc.) For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the UK, and applicable US states, the Application uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK to obtain and manage user consent regarding ad personalization and data usage. Users can review or modify their privacy and consent choices at any time from the settings menu within the Application.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties We will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except when requested by public authorities based on laws and regulations.

5. Children's Privacy The Application is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We do not collect or store user personal data on our own servers. In the unlikely event that a child uses the Application unintentionally and a parent or guardian determines that data has been collected by third-party services (such as Google AdMob), please "Reset Advertising ID" from your device settings or disable the data via the respective third-party's privacy controls.

6. Disclaimer We take no responsibility for any trouble or damage caused by the use of the Application.

7. Changes to Privacy Policy We may update this policy without prior notice due to changes in related laws and regulations or additions/modifications of the Application's functions. The latest Privacy Policy shall always be available within the Application or on the distribution page.
