「mouse jiggler」（以下、「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下、「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
本アプリ自体は、ユーザーの個人情報（氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス、正確な位置情報など）を意図的に収集、保存、または当方のサーバーへ送信することはありません。
本アプリが要求するデバイスの権限（パーミッション）は、アプリの機能を実現する以下の目的でのみデバイス内部で使用されます。
Bluetooth通信およびデバイス接続権限 本アプリをマウスジグラー（HIDキーボード/マウス）として機能させるため、周囲のデバイスの検索や、ペアリング済みの外部機器（PC等）との通信・接続に使用します。通信内容や接続データが当方に送信されることはありません。
フォアグラウンドサービスおよび通知 アプリがバックグラウンドに移行した際にも外部機器との接続を維持し、ユーザーに現在の動作状態を通知するために使用します。
本アプリでは、広告配信を目的としてサードパーティの広告サービス（Google AdMob）を利用しています。広告配信事業者は、ユーザーの興味に応じた広告を表示するために、以下の情報を自動的に取得する場合があります。
広告ID（Advertising ID）
端末情報（OSバージョン、デバイスモデルなど）
IPアドレス
クラッシュレポートやパフォーマンスデータ
これらの情報は匿名化されており、個人を特定するものではありません。Google AdMobが収集する情報の詳細やデータの取り扱い、オプトアウト（情報提供の停止）については、以下のGoogleのポリシーをご確認ください。
当方は、ユーザーの同意なしに個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく公的機関からの要請があった場合を除きます。
本アプリの利用により生じたトラブルや損害について、当方は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
当方は、関連法令の変更やアプリの機能追加・修正に伴い、事前の予告なく本ポリシーを更新することがあります。最新のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または配信ページにて常に確認可能な状態とします。

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") sets forth the handling of users' personal information in the application "mouse jiggler" (hereinafter referred to as "this App").
This App itself does not intentionally collect, store, or transmit to our servers any personal information of users (such as names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or precise location information).
The device permissions requested by this App are used strictly on the device for the following purposes to enable the App's functionality:
Bluetooth Communication and Device Connection Permissions Used to search for nearby devices and communicate or connect with paired external devices (such as PCs) in order for this App to function as a mouse jiggler (HID keyboard/mouse). No communication content or connection data is transmitted to us.
Foreground Service and Notifications Used to maintain the connection with external devices even when the App transitions to the background, and to notify the user of the current operational status.
This App uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob) for the purpose of displaying advertisements. The ad delivery provider may automatically acquire the following information to display ads tailored to users' interests:
Advertising ID
Device information (OS version, device model, etc.)
IP address
Crash reports and performance data

We will not provide personal information to third parties without the user's consent, except when required by public authorities based on laws and regulations.
We shall not be held liable for any trouble or damage caused by the use of this App.
We may update this Policy without prior notice due to changes in related laws and regulations or additions/modifications to the App's functions. The latest Privacy Policy will always be available within this App or on the distribution page.
