JOB DESCRIPTION - DIRECTOR OF ESPORTS

Major Responsibilities and Obligations

• Following the action, you (as the director) will be essential in ensuring that our players' invoices are distributed from competition prize money to Comet Esports' account. Therefore, you would be held liable for any non-distribution, possibly get fired.

• Act as a negotiator on behalf of Comet Esports' officials while communicating with an official, delegate, or other officers. You will have the right and encouragement to end and reject an offer/bid without having to communicate with officials.

• Professional communication, grammar (when writing), and appearance will be desired. This will be included in your performance evaluation, as it is important to maintain a "professional form" in order to escape humiliation by criticism from fans, influencers, etc.

• You'll be in charge of signing players, hiring employees, and overseeing critical activities for major corporations, such as ensuring competition engagement, investment, operating, expanding, and property maintenance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Good knowledge of esports business functions or other types of business functions.

• 2+ years of experience in general management; esports competitive strategies, negotiating, hiring employees and pro players, etc.

• Good administration and leadership abilities/skills.

• Demonstrated organizing and prioritizing skills and self-initiative in completing tasks in a reasonable timeframe.

• Great grammar and spelling.
