LASER CUTTING FROM IMAGE:

initally image converted into dxf file ' 2d cad file' which is used for laser cutting/foam cutting or any 2d plane machining purpose.

for that the required cutting reference object taken above standard bed ( fixed bed dimension ' here its 1.5x1.5 ft') which is lesser than bed dimension.

according to the camera distance and offset angle the bed occupied pixels varies so adjust the capured image and save as processed image.

then detect edges for 2d layout and convert to dxf file.

by adjust the pixel arrangements for bed size occupied pixels , the object dimension wont vary so dxf file will be correct dimension else it would be scaled largest or smallest.
