Registration

Registration is now open and mandatory for all BSc, MSc, and doctoral students from the Department of Physics at Presidency University, Kolkata.

External BS-MS, MSc, IPhD, and Ph.D. students, as well as faculty members, are also welcome to register using the link below. Highly motivated BSc students are encouraged to register as well.

Participants are encouraged to present their work through either poster presentations or oral presentations. Please submit the title and abstract using the template provided during registration.

Please note that outstation participants will not receive accommodation or travel support.

Guidelines for Submitting Registration Fees

4.  Type ' Presidency University'.

5.  Select Payment Category 'CMMSSP-24'.

6.  Submit your details .

Note :  Registration fees for 

• For UG/PG Students: Rs. 200/-

• PhD Scholars/Postdocs :  Ra. 800 /-

• Faculties : Rs. 2000/-

7. Collect the payment receipt and DU number for future references.

Note : Registration Fees includes Admission to Scientific Sessions, Conference Materials, Tea/Coffee and Lunch & Certificate of Attendance.

Note : No on-spot registration is available. 

Note 1: Participants are encouraged to submit their abstracts and indicate their preferred mode of presentation. However, please note that the Scientific Organizing Committee will make the final decision regarding the mode and selection of presentations.

Note 2: Each oral presenter will be allocated 12 minutes for their presentation, followed by a 3-minute discussion session.
