REGISTRATIONS WILL OPEN ON 22ND OCTOBER 2025, AND CLOSE ON 12TH NOVEMBER, 2025.
Registration is mandatory for all BSc, MSc, and doctoral students from the Department of Physics at Presidency University, Kolkata.
External BS-MS, MSc, IPhD, and Ph.D. students, as well as faculty members and industry person, are also welcome to register. Highly motivated BSc students are encouraged to register as well.
Participants are encouraged to present their work through either poster presentations or oral presentations. Please submit the title and abstract using the template provided during registration.

Note: Registration fees for
UG/PG Students: Rs. 500/-
PhD/IPhD Scholars: Rs. 1000/-
Faculties/Post Doctoral Fellows: Rs. 2000/-
Registration fees includes admission to scientific sessions, conference kit, tea/coffee and lunch. E-Certificate will be provided.
Note: No participants will provide accommodation or travel support.
