คำอธิบายรายวิชา:
เป็นการฝึกงานวิชาชีพในหน่วยงานสาธารณสุขและชุมชนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โรงพยาบาลชุมชน โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น และชุมชนต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้นิสิตได้เรียนรู้ระบบบริการสุขภาพ การดูแลผู้ป่วยและประชาชนแบบองค์รวม ครอบคลุมด้านส่งเสริม ป้องกัน ฟื้นฟู และพัฒนาสุขภาพชุมชน พร้อมทั้งฝึกทักษะการทำงานร่วมกับทีมสหวิชาชีพ และเข้าใจบทบาทของภาคราชการและองค์กรท้องถิ่นในระบบสุขภาพ โดยการฝึกงานจะแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ  ส่วนที่ 1: ภาคโรงพยาบาลชุมชน เป็นการฝึกภาคปฏิบัติในโรงพยาบาลระดับอำเภอ เพื่อให้นิสิตเรียนรู้ระบบบริการสุขภาพ การดูแลผู้ป่วยแบบองค์รวมด้านส่งเสริม ป้องกัน และฟื้นฟู พร้อมฝึกทักษะการทำงาน      ร่วมกับทีมสหวิชาชีพในบริบทชุมชนจริง และ ส่วนที่ 2: ภาคชุมชน มุ่งเน้นการวินิจฉัยและเข้าถึงชุมชน การส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชน การดูแลสุขภาพแบบองค์รวมใน     ด้านส่งเสริม ป้องกัน และฟื้นฟูสุขภาพ รวมทั้งการเรียนรู้การทำงานขององค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น

Course Description

This professional internship provides students with practical experience across a range of public health and community settings, including community hospitals, sub-district health promoting hospitals, local administrative organisations, and various communities. Students develop             a comprehensive understanding of health service systems and the provision of holistic care, encompassing health promotion, disease prevention, rehabilitation, and community health development. The internship comprises two components: a Community Hospital Placement, where students gain hands-on experience in district-level hospitals, delivering comprehensive patient care and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in authentic community contexts; and a Community Placement, which focuses on community assessment and engagement, fostering public participation, providing holistic care, and understanding the operational roles of local administrative organisations. The course also cultivates interdisciplinary teamwork and a nuanced appreciation of the roles of governmental and local organisations within the health system.
