Notice:-

• A step-by-step guide for registration fee payment via SBI Collect can be found here.  Only the selected participants listed below are allowed to pay the registration fee. Payment of the fee by any other individual does not legitimise that person's participation. Illegitimate payments may not be returned.

• The payment information should be submitted to https://forms.gle/qv4GoM5NmwbKqYyW8

• If you wish to cancel your submitted application, kindly communicate that to wmf2018.iiser@gmail.com at your earliest convenience.

• The candidature of a selected candidate will be cancelled if the candidate does not confirm by paying the registration fee on or before  29th May 2026.

• Important information for the poster presenters: Either a single print of the full poster or multiple A4-size sheets are acceptable, provided the final size does not exceed 3ft (width) x 4ft (height).

• Important information for the contributory talks: Presentation of a single PDF of slides is preferred. Audio, video, Word, or PPT are discouraged. A chalkboard presentation is not feasible.
