If you want a high-fidelity, feature-rich wireless experience for music and travel with a kid who needs long battery life and modern connectivity, choose CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active; if you need a dedicated TV listening solution with zero lag and large buttons for a child or senior navigating the living room, choose Queemie TV Headphones.
• CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active: The biggest strength is its massive 50-hour ANC playtime and Hi-Res LDAC audio quality, but the trade-off is that it lacks a dedicated TV transmitter dock and requires Bluetooth pairing rather than direct RF connection to a television set. This pick is for the tech-savvy user or active kid who prioritizes music immersion and portability over TV-specific convenience.
• Queemie TV Headphones: The biggest strength is its specialized 2.4G RF technology designed specifically for lag-free TV viewing and ultra-large tactile buttons, but the trade-off is a significantly shorter 15-hour battery life and no support for high-resolution audio codecs like LDAC. This pick is perfect for a family member who spends hours watching shows, news, or sports and needs an easy-to-use interface without technical fuss.
The CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active is engineered for those who treat their headphones as a primary entertainment hub rather than just a TV accessory. Its core design philosophy centers on delivering a premium auditory experience that rivals high-end audiophile gear, all while maintaining a sleek, modern aesthetic. With 40mm nickel-plated drivers and Dual Hi-Res certification, this device promises a level of detail in layered instrumentals and punchy beats that generic headsets simply cannot match. If your goal is to hear the subtle nuances in a song or get a cinema-level soundstage from movies on a tablet or phone, this is the tool for the job.
For parents looking for a wireless headset gift for kids who are getting into serious music listening or gaming, the Pro Active offers a robust feature set that grows with them. The inclusion of Bluetooth 5.4 ensures a stable connection with a range of up to 10 meters, making it reliable for moving around the house. The Adaptive Active Noise Cancellation can suppress up to 40 dB of ambient noise, which is a game-changer for a student trying to focus on homework or a child wanting to escape a noisy environment. Furthermore, the memory foam earpads and cap-friendly headband suggest a design built for extended wear, whether for a long flight or a marathon study session.

However, this product is not without its limitations for specific use cases. It does not come with a dedicated charging dock that doubles as a TV transmitter, meaning it relies entirely on Bluetooth or a 3.5mm AUX cable to connect to a television. While the 3.5mm jack is included, using it defeats the purpose of the wireless freedom and the advanced features like Spatial Audio. Additionally, the touch controls and app-based customization require a certain level of digital literacy. If you are buying for someone who struggles with small buttons or complex menus, this might be too sophisticated. It is best suited for users who value audio fidelity, long battery endurance (up to 100 hours total), and a stylish design that fits a modern wardrobe.
Queemie TV Headphones are built with a singular, clear purpose: to make television viewing accessible and enjoyable for everyone, especially those who find standard remotes and interfaces frustrating. The standout feature here is the 2.4GHz RF transmission system paired with a dedicated charging dock. Unlike Bluetooth, which can sometimes suffer from compression artifacts or slight delays, this RF technology delivers zero latency. This means the audio stays perfectly synchronized with the video, a critical factor when watching fast-paced sports, action movies, or even playing interactive games on a console connected via the dock.
The physical design speaks directly to users who prioritize ease of use over flashy specifications. The extra-large, tactile buttons are a deliberate choice to assist anyone with visual impairments or dexterity challenges, such as older adults or young children learning to manage their own devices. There is no fumbling for tiny touch zones; volume up, down, mute, and EQ switching are all distinct, clicky actions. The three custom EQ modes—Voice Clarifying, Full, and Normal—are particularly useful for households where dialogue clarity is paramount. The Voice Clarifying mode, in particular, can make a world of difference for seniors or anyone who finds movie dialogues hard to hear over background noise.
This headphone is also a practical solution for new parents or avid binge-watchers who need to enjoy content without disturbing others. The ability to switch instantly between TV audio and silence with a one-tap mute button allows for quick conversations without pausing the show. The feather-light weight of 7 ounces ensures that comfort isn't sacrificed during long viewing sessions, thanks to soft protein leather and cloud-like memory foam. While the 15-hour battery life is less impressive than some competitors, the included charging dock solves the issue of keeping the device powered and stored in one place. It is the ideal choice for a family setup where simplicity, reliability, and TV-centric performance are the top priorities.
• Best for Battery Life → CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active: With up to 50 hours of playback with ANC on and a total capacity of 100 hours, it outlasts the Queemie by a significant margin, making it better for travel or multi-day trips.
• Best for TV Viewing Experience → Queemie TV Headphones: The 2.4G RF connection provides true zero latency and a dedicated dock, eliminating the lag issues common with Bluetooth when syncing with a TV screen.
• Best for Sound Quality & Fidelity → CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active: Features LDAC support, Hi-Res certification, and spatial audio, offering a much wider frequency response and deeper bass control than the standard EQ modes of the Queemie.
• Best for Ease of Use & Accessibility → Queemie TV Headphones: Large, physical buttons and a simple plug-and-play transmitter dock remove the complexity of apps and Bluetooth pairing, ideal for beginners or those with limited tech skills.
• Best for Sports Earbuds Gift for Kids (as Over-Ear) → CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active: The lightweight build, secure fit, and high durability make it more suitable for active movement compared to the stationary-focused design of the TV headphones.
• Best Value for a Dedicated Home Setup → Queemie TV Headphones: Comes with a full suite of cables (Optical, RCA, AUX) and a transmitter dock, ensuring compatibility with almost any TV model right out of the box without needing extra adapters.
• Best for Portability → CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active: Designed to fold and pack into a protective case, making it travel-ready, whereas the Queemie relies on a bulky transmitter station that anchors it to a living room.
• Best for Hearing Impairment Support → Queemie TV Headphones: The specific Voice Clarifying EQ and large button layout are explicitly designed to aid users with mild hearing loss or vision difficulties.
In my opinion, I would buy the CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active if I were shopping for a versatile, high-performance pair of headphones for a teenager or adult who uses their device for music, travel, and general media consumption. The sheer capability of the LDAC codec and the incredible battery life make it a future-proof investment that won't feel obsolete quickly. However, if the specific goal is to buy a wireless headset gift for kids or a family member who primarily watches television and struggles with small buttons, the Queemie TV Headphones are the superior choice. They solve the immediate pain point of TV audio clearly and simply, ensuring everyone in the household can enjoy their shows without frustration. Both are excellent tools, but they serve completely different masters—one serves the mobile listener, and the other serves the home theater enthusiast.
Both options work, but the CMF BY NOTHING Pro Active is better for active kids due to its long battery and portability, while the Queemie is better for a quiet home viewer who needs large buttons.
Yes, the 2.4G RF transmission technology is specifically designed to eliminate audio lag, ensuring the sound stays perfectly synced with the video for fast-moving sports.
You can connect it via the included 3.5mm AUX cable, but you will lose the wireless benefit and must use a wired connection since it lacks a dedicated TV transmitter dock.
The CMF BY NOTHING Headphone Pro Active features Hybrid Active Noise Cancellation capable of suppressing up to 40 dB of ambient noise, whereas the Queemie relies on passive sound isolation.
