What is with this green background?
Have no fear! That ugly green screen background will not be in the yearbook or the pictures you order. The pictures you order will have whichever background you choose, and the yearbook will have a blue background. Whew!
When can I order my yearbook?
You can order your yearbook in September and get an early bird discount until October 31st! Yearbooks for the '24 - '25 school year can be ordered until April 1st, 2025.
How do I make custom pages after I order my student's yearbook?
After you order your student's yearbook, you can still create custom pages. Log into your Treering account, and you'll see your student’s yearbook listed at the top of the page. If you’ve ordered more than one yearbook, be sure to select the correct student’s yearbook to customize. Follow the prompts to personalize the custom pages by adding photos, text, and more. For a step-by-step guide, check out this link below for a video tutorial.
How do I pay for a yearbook?
You will pay for your student's yearbook on Treering. Yearbooks can be ordered online using MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.
When and where will my students get their yearbooks?
The yearbooks will be delivered to your students at school and in class during the second week of May 2025. If you are late ordering your student's yearbook, there will not be any extras at the school this year; in this case, your yearbook will be delivered to your home.
What happens if I am late ordering my yearbook?
If you miss the deadline to order your student's yearbook, no extras will be available at the school this year. In this case, your yearbook will be delivered to your home. While you can order a yearbook in future years, late orders mean missing out on having teachers and classmates sign it.
Will my custom pages be in everyone's yearbook?
No, your child's custom pages are printed ONLY in their yearbook. Every yearbook includes core pages created by the school’s yearbook editors. The custom pages you design will appear exclusively in your child's yearbook.
CUSTOM PAGE REVIEW
Before the deadline, review your child's custom pages to ensure they are ready for printing. Log into your account, access the custom pages, and even print them for review. If you create the pages before purchasing the yearbook, you'll be prompted to confirm them during checkout.
Can I text my pictures?
To send photos via text, open your messaging app, type in our email address coppermesayearbook@gmail.com in the 'To' section, and send your photos.
Do I need a Treering account?
Unfortunately, you can't buy a yearbook online without setting up a Treering account. We apologize for the extra step, but it's quick and easy! You can create your Treering account by clicking the button below.
SIMPLE ORDERING
Ordering your student's portraits this year is easier and more fun than ever! After photos are taken, you can choose a background that perfectly complements your student's outfit—all online through the Van Gogh website. Ever wished you could change the background color to match? Now you can! Yearbook orders will also be placed there, keeping everything in one convenient place.
CUSTOMIZATION
This year, we're thrilled to offer parents the option to customize their students' yearbooks, including a choice of hard or soft covers. You asked, and we listened—now you can create custom pages that will appear exclusively in your student's yearbook. Imagine gifting your 6th-grader a yearbook with a personal note, favorite memories from Copper Mesa, or summer adventures, all wrapped in a durable hardcover, creating a keepsake they'll treasure forever.
KEEPSAKES
Love your student's portrait? Treering offers a wide range of keepsake options, including high-quality wall art, mugs, t-shirts, puzzles, blankets, graduation announcements, and even yard signs!
LATE ORDERING
Van Gogh and Treering guarantee the durability of their yearbooks, but accidents happen. If your student's book gets damaged, you’ll have the option to reorder a replacement even years later.
PHOTO ACCESS
Parents can access their student's photos from previous years. Filter by year to view and use images you've uploaded in the past. Create new keepsakes or add them to a custom yearbook page.
FAMILY OWNED
