Welcome to CME In-A-Hurry! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you provide while using our app. CME In-A-Hurry is designed to store your data locally and securely in your personal iCloud account using SwiftData and CloudKit.

By using CME In-A-Hurry, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

2. Information Collection & Storage

a. Locally Stored Data

CME In-A-Hurry stores all user-inputted data locally on your iPhone or other Apple devices. This data remains on your device unless you delete the app or manually remove it.

b. iCloud Storage (CloudKit)

For convenience, the app may sync data across your Apple devices using CloudKit, Apple’s secure cloud storage solution. Your data remains private within your personal iCloud account and is not accessible by us, the app developers, or any third parties.

c. Uploaded PDFs

Users may upload PDFs into the app for personal use. These PDFs are stored within SwiftData and CloudKit, ensuring they remain private and accessible only to the user. The app developers do not have access to these files, and they are not stored on external servers outside of your personal iCloud account.

CME In-A-Hurry is not liable for any personal, confidential, or sensitive information contained within uploaded PDFs. It is the user's responsibility to ensure that any uploaded content complies with their own privacy and security needs.

We strongly recommend that the user keeps backup copies of all their CME/CE certificates (ideally both in print and digitally). CME In-A-Hurry is not liable for any lost data and has no access to recuperate missing documents since it is stored within Apple's private user environment.

d. No External Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or access any user data outside of SwiftData and CloudKit. This means:

• No user data is transmitted to external servers.

• No analytics or tracking tools are used.

• No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected by the developers.

3. In-App Purchases

CME In-A-Hurry offers in-app purchases through the Apple App Store for full access to the app after the free trial. All transactions are processed securely through Apple’s payment system. We do not collect or store any payment details, as all purchases and billing information are managed by Apple.

4. Data Security

Your data security is our priority. Because all information is stored locally on your device and in your private iCloud account, it is protected by Apple’s built-in security measures, including encryption and authentication. However, protecting your device and iCloud credentials is your responsibility.

5. User Control & Data Deletion

• You can delete your data at any time by removing entries within the app or uninstalling the app from your device.

• Since all data is stored on your personal iCloud account, you may also delete it via iCloud settings.

• Any PDFs uploaded into the app remain under your control and can be deleted at any time.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the app, and continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
