We ran for executive leadership of Charlotte Mecklenburg Association of Educators (CMAE) because we believe we are stronger together and we need all of us to strengthen our local and transform CMS.

Our team envisions a strong and effective CMAE, driven by an empowered membership engaged in ongoing collective action to win the schools we all deserve.

We build towards this vision through leadership development, organizing, and strong collaboration with local elected officials and allied organizations.
