Guided Tours

An interactive onboarding experience that walks users through the app step by step.  The guide incorporate tooltips, spotlights, or pop-ups to draw attention to key actions. By engaging directly with the product, users learn through hands-on exploration and interaction.  Can also be enhanced with links to walkthrough videos (or pointing out where to find help when needed).  Triggered upon first-time login or when a user gets stuck, they can choose to engage with the tooltip, or otherwise ignore it.  Progess indications could also be included so users are aware of how many steps are in the orientation walkthrough.
