Schedule

THIS IS A TENTATIVE SCHEDULE BASED ON 2024 - IT WILL BE FINALIZED FOR 2025 AS THE RETREAT DATE GETS CLOSER


Aside from the items identified as “Camp Offered,” the group will be coordinating all activities and logistics.


We will check in with participants on Friday evening and Saturday morning at breakfast about CLUUC participant offered activities, such as a poetry circle, string bracelet making, origami, quilling, and mandala coloring (and whatever anyone else would like to lead).


**Available all weekend for independent use: 

trails for self-guided hikes, sports fields and equipment (Gaga ball, basketball, tennis, volleyball, soccer)


Friday, May 2


5-8pm Group arrives and settles into cabins and lodge

Dinner on the way or bring dinner to eat upon arrival


8pm Board and Card Games in Stewart Lodge



Saturday, May 3


8am Breakfast in Stewart Lodge (click for Sign Up Genius to contribute)

Independent activities available (see list above**)


9am - 12pm Camp Offered Activities: Archery, Climbing Wall
Beach area open for: Boat rides, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding

12:30pm Camp Offered Lunch (set-up crew reports at 12:15pm; click for details)


1:30 - 5pm Camp Offered Activities: Archery, Climbing Wall
Beach area open for: Boat rides, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding


5:30pm Camp Offered Dinner (set-up crew reports at 5:15pm; click for details)


7pm Talent Show/Karaoke in Dining Hall


8:30pm Bonfire/Smores/Sing Along 

(Camp helps set up bonfire, provides traditional smores ingredients, then we are on our own)



Sunday, May 4


8:30am Breakfast in Stewart Lodge


9:15am Closing Circle


9:45am Pack up personal items and load cars


9:45am - 12pm Camp Offered Activities: Archery, Climbing Wall
Beach area open for: Boat rides, kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding


1:00pm Group departs

Lunch on the way home or bring lunch to eat before you leave
