By downloading, installing, or using the CluckMood mobile application ("the App"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of CluckMood. By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use CluckMood for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App unlawfully
Use bots or automated systems to extract or manipulate mood data
Disrupt the App’s functionality or bypass any of its built-in protections
Use the App for any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of applicable laws
You are responsible for entering mood data accurately and for how you use the mood-tracking information
The App is for personal emotional logging only and does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions
You are responsible for keeping your device secure and protecting your emotional data from unauthorized access
Your mood entries and personal reflections are stored locally on your device by default. If you choose to use cloud backup (e.g., via iCloud or Google Drive), your data will be handled according to the security policies of those platforms.

The App is provided "as is", without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee:
That the App will operate without bugs or interruptions
That mood tracking will be interpreted the same way for every user
Compatibility with every device or future operating system updates
CluckMood and its developers shall not be held liable for:
Emotional or psychological outcomes resulting from interpretation of mood logs
Data loss caused by device failure, accidental deletion, or unauthorized access
Technical malfunctions or performance issues due to third-party services or systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App, without prior notice.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated within the App.
